Västerbergslagens Ingeniörsklubb VBIK

We are a non-profit organization that spreads knowledge about new and existing technology. The organization operates in Ludvika and Smedjebacken, and we welcome everyone with an interest in technology!

The activities are conducted in the form of lectures, discussions, seminars, and study visits. VBIK also awards scholarships to high school students to fund innovative technical projects.

The lectures are usually held once a month, with a break during the summer. The lectures are normally i Swedish, but occasionally we have lectures in English. Many speakers have their Power Point presentations in English, and we publish them on this website under Activities.

Lectures are free of charge for the members of the association, but we charge a fee for study visits outside Ludvika.
